1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phcsh platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on phcsh from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phcsh.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phcsh Platform. Your continued use of phcsh following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use phcsh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing bets or accessing gaming services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phcsh or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with phcsh or any other gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phcsh reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on phcsh, you must create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You will not allow any other person to use your phcsh account or login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phcsh are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcsh supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phcsh wallet instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within the same business day, subject to bank processing times.
• phcsh does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes of approval.
• Bank withdrawals are processed within one business day, subject to bank processing times.
• phcsh reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a pending KYC review, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or a suspected breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phcsh offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• phcsh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• phcsh reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or engaged in bonus fraud.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phcsh — including Color Game, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting, and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across all phcsh products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live game mechanics, as applicable. phcsh does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. phcsh will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phcsh reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' wallets.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcsh and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use phcsh for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing phcsh from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcsh staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond phcsh's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

phcsh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcsh account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

phcsh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

You may also close your phcsh account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC clearance) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

phcsh operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
